All images are cropped and watermarked; absolutely no alteration was done to the gecko or background. What you see is directly off my camera. Variations between images are usually influenced by lighting differences (indoor flash vs outdoor shade lighting w/ gentle flash at different times of day).
Please send me an email at kylie@gargoylequeen.com with the reference name and/or the given name of the gecko/s you are interested in with your zip code. I will then look up a shipping quote (through ShipYourReptiles.com) and respond to your email to start the reservation process.

I have added a "Handleability Scale Rating" to all my available Cresteds. I get lots of emails asking for an animal, and when I warn about those that are a little flighty, I often get the response of them looking for a calmer pet. So I've created this scale to hopefully help you find what you're looking for. The scale goes from 4-10, and Crested babies seem to average in the 6-7 area. I'd say a gecko that gets a 10 is the gecko that sits in your hand almost as if frozen... No jumping, rare walking. I don't believe I've ever come across such a gecko (at least not a true 10 in every situation). A gecko with a rating of 4 is a crazy, kamikaze, psycho that you are afraid to open the cage for. If you're looking for a nice calm gecko with good activity when being handled, I'd recommend in the 7-9 range. Keep in mind that your conditions may be different than my own, so the scale isn't guaranteed. It is my best judge of the calmness of the gecko while in my care, and can easily change with positive or negative stimuli/experiences. Hope it helps!

I do keep sold animals up for a while so if you purchase a gecko, feel free to save images of your gecko and their parents to keep and use. Though, if you do use them I would appreciate it if you give me credit and tag me on social media (FB @gargoylequeenreptiles and IG @gargoyle_queen_reptiles). If I have removed pictures of a gecko you have purchased, feel free to email me and I can shoot you back some pictures.
Available Crested Geckos (C. ciliatus) - $485 and less
New Availability!! (Updated February 19th, 2022)
All geckos are sorted by hatch date (oldest on top). We haven't been able to order many crickets in this season due to temperatures, availability and time so we are seeing slower growth right now as a result. All listed animals have had positive growth. It has been difficult to sneak time in to get images of everyone this round so you may notice time gaps in this batch. The next crested listing will be probably around mid May and should have a decent selection of sexed 2021 babies.
Update (11May): Having complications with the facility move and it is slowing everything down for the new updates. It looks like I won't be able to post the next update until possibly the end of May. I'm hopeful I can get it done sooner rather than later, but we are quite busy right now with everything going on. I will post here as soon as I start those images and evaluations with a better idea of the timing.

MOBILE VIEWERS NOTE: This site is easiest to read when viewing the full, non-mobile version. But just note that when viewing the mobile version that the description comes first, then the images follow. Images are labeled with the animal's name and reference number to help avoid confusion.
Sermorelin (Cphobr2006) - $350 SOLD (P.L.)Sire: Phosphothion (Komorebi (Furnace x Supernova) Dam: Briar Weight: 17.6 grams (8.11.21) Hatch Date: 8.9.2020 Sex: Male Handleability Scale Rating: 9 |
|
Ticabesone (Cmasti2008) - $300This one is missing the last ~1/3 of the tail due to nips from the clutch mate when younger. This is healed and won't affect overall mobility. It does show some reluctance to fully drop the tail despite opportunity to drop.
Sire: Macaroni (Furnace x Twix) Dam: Stilbestrol (Summit x Isoleucine) Weight: 15.3 grams (2.15.22) Hatch Date: 8.22.2020 Sex: Probable Female (no defined pores, though some dimpling seen) Handleability Scale Rating: 7 |
|
Polysaccharide (Cphoinp2006) - $300 |
|
Vytac (Cazam2003) - $300 SOLD (J.T.)This one is a lower expression phantom Lily White, however we are priced low due to complications with shedding when a baby. This one struggled a while after hatching and ended up losing quite a few toes, toe tips and claws from retained sheds. This seems resolved and we're fully healed. This does impact mobility a bit, so I recommend an enclosure that isn't too tall and plenty of horizontal perches. She may be able to use vertical ones still, but likely won't be as effective. Ground feeding may be best as well, at least until more comfortable with moving upwards.
Parents: Azobenzene (Summit x Isoleucine) x Ambrosia Weight: 11.0 grams (2.15.22) Hatch Date: 10.8.2020 Sex: Possible female (some dimpling, but no defined male pores) Handleability Scale Rating: 8 |

I'm going to try to keep bumping sold geckos down here so it will be easier to see/compare what is currently available. I like to leave sold geckos up for a little while so that the new owner has time to come back and grab any information/images they need before being removed from the page. :)

Tail Status: It's hard to get good pictures with full tail shots, so if you would like an updated 'tail shot' for a gecko, please feel free to send me an email at kylie@gargoylequeen.com with the gecko's name and/or reference number. Geckos that do not have 'Tail Status' on their information have perfect tails (at the time of listing), unless otherwise noted. Only fresh hatchlings are co-housed with their clutchmate only. They are separated around 3 months old, or sooner if I see potential bullying/tail nipping. I pride in full tails on my crested geckos and very rarely have a dropped tail.
