Gargoyle Queen Reptiles is currently located in Ogden, UT. We operate out of our home, so have no physical store front and do not allow individuals to view our private collection. We are happy to schedule a meet-up within Davis or Cache Counties with a purchase to avoid shipping costs. In such situations, multiple animals may be brought to choose from if you are unable to pick online, but a deposit is required.
About the Breeder
My name is Kylie and I fully admit that I am bit of a gecko addict. I've kept varying species of reptiles since I could assist my parents with feeding the family snake. Animals have always been a huge influence of inspiration and part of my life. I continue to strive to interact with them as much as possible. I have always been fascinated specifically with the biology and behavior of reptiles. Although I have kept multiple species of geckos since 2004, I officially started breeding New Caledonian geckos late 2010 and published this website for the first time in 2011. My passion for these beautiful creatures seems to have grown from there. I have been building up my collection carefully for many years and have a dedicated reptile room that I've put a lot of time, money and effort into. My husband, Josh, is a huge help in making sure things run smoothly here and I greatly appreciate all of his support. We (of course I mean "I"...) would love to expand more in the future and broaden the species of reptiles we offer, but it will always be about quality. I feel strongly that any breeder should have a vast understanding of each species under their care.
I graduated in 2013 with a B.S. in Cellular and Molecular Biology with minors in Chemistry and Fine Art from Utah State University in Logan, UT. I worked five years in a Proteomic/Metabolomic/Mass Spectrophotometer contract lab processing and analyzing samples via LCMS, GCMS, HPLC and HeadSpace. Most recently, I've worked as a Research/Documentation Lead Vet Tech for a Pre-Clinical CRO which proved to be an experience that has contributed greatly to my knowledge of care for larger numbers of animals and extensive need to record every bit of data I can. Growth rate records, hatch dates, incubation times & temperature graphing, extensive breeding records, weight monitoring, zoological notes regarding behavior, cleaning schedules, sex ratios of hatchlings vs incubation temps, etc. A lot of this data is collected for my personal interest; however, there may be an unofficial project in process to allow me to share some of that info in the near future. Presently (2019 season), I'm thoroughly enjoying a brief professional break while further developing my at home passion and business.
I enjoy being active in the outdoors seeking adventure, excitement and lots of time with my horses and dog. I am proud to call myself a shark diver and am constantly planning my next trip. Sharks (along with reptiles) have been a huge fascination in my life since I was very small. The passion never died and I finally had my first shark dive on the Great Barrier Reef off the coast of North Eastern Australia in 2009. Since then, I've dived with Great Whites (went with Andrew Fox in Southern Australia, a lifelong hero of mine; but also have spent time in Guadalupe), Sand Tigers, Bull Sharks, Lemon Sharks, various reef sharks, Wobbegong, and many other fantastic species. I also enjoy playing various console games on occasion when I can sneak in a little time.
Here, at Gargoyle Queen Reptiles, I want you to have an exceptional experience and will go beyond and above measures to provide you with the best customer service and healthy, top-notch animals. If you have any questions please feel free to use the 'contact' tab on this website, or email me directly at [email protected].
Cheers!

Board Of Inquiry
When looking to buy any reptile, it is a good idea to check a sellers BOI on Faunaclassifieds.com. This is a useful tool to find reputable breeders and to see what other buyers have to say about a seller they have had an experience with. I do my best to provide the best customer service and full support that I can, so I greatly appreciate those who have already contributed to my "Good Guy" BOI. If you would like to do the same after a transaction with GQR, I would be very grateful.

I've recently given into creating an Instagram account (sort of... Had one a few years ago and lost the login). Follow us on our GQR Instagram page for additional image spams that aren't posted on facebook (mostly).
