Alucard

Alucard is a very big boy and has topped out at 95 grams.  He is relatively easy to handle and interact with, but he is a nightmare to other geckos.  Every pairing attempt he has injured his females.  The last attempt, he injured Yachiru pretty severely (she's now healed up, but you can see some of the remnant scarring in her 2013 photos on her head), I don't feel comfortable pairing him with any other female.  I don't think he has interest in breeding, only guarding/defending territory and bullying any geckos that are in his vicinity.  It's unfortunate, he has such a strong yellow background and fires with tons of melanin.

I've had a few people ask to purchase him, but for multiple reasons I'm holding onto him.  One of which is he is one of my husband's favorite geckos, which is unusual he would pick favorites.  He is also the second gargoyle gecko I ever purchased and I'm quite attached.  So he will remain with me as a pet only.
